Slaap apneu

Een deel van de kinderen met RTS heeft last van slaap-apneu (ademstilstand tijdens de slaap). Oorzaak is waarschijnlijk de vorm van de kaak; mogelijk verdwijnt de apneu als de kaak volgroeid is.
