Het Rubinstein-Taybi Syndroom (RTS) is een erfelijk bepaalde aandoening. Belangrijkste kenmerken: een karakteristiek gezicht, brede duimen en brede grote tenen en een (matig tot ernstige) verstandelijke handicap.
